Creators should feel free to share their content online without fear of non attribution or piracy; having their copyright or trademarks misused. New payment models need to be created that take the needs of the creative and online communities into consideration.

Mike Weatherley MP is proud to launch the first ever Parliamentary competition to find the best live band and live music venue in the UK, Rock the House, and to invite nominations from within his Hove and Portslade constituency.
Rock the House aims to promote the intellectual property rights of unsigned and up and coming musicians; and highlight the importance of live music venues to local communities.
